Caroline Mutoko has always had a love for the finer things in life, her choice of cars has always reflected that as well. While she was the Queen of the airwaves hosting "The Big Breakfast" on Kiss 100 she rolled around in a sleek Mercedes Benz e- class.
Her love for cars one day even made her chase down a woman on Nairobi streets just to tell her that she loved her Range Rover Evoque. The incident earned her a test drive at CMC Motors who by then were the official dealers of Range Rovers.
On leaving Radio, Mutoko bought herself a Land Cruiser V8 despite having promised that she will no longer spend her money buying expensive cars. At that time the car was rumored to have cost upwards of Ksh. 8 million.
Today Caroline Mutoko has a new crush and she revealed it on her Instagram. It's the 2018 Toyota Prado! She says:
So what makes this car special?
We found out a few things from the Toyota Website about their latest release.
"Sophistication with a Practical Purpose - Superior comfort and convenience for everyone on board is assured by a range of thoughtful amenities throughout the cabin. The instrument panel combines a sophisticated design with ease of use. Materials are strictly selected for their textural qualities while switches are grouped and laid out within easy reach, achieving eminent practicality. "
"Uncompromised Safety Features - At the start of the range the GXR (three-door) and EXR (five-door) models include multiple airbags to protect you in the event of a collision. There is also a range of active safety features to help you avoid any trouble, including traction control and Vehicle Stability Control (VSC). Rear parking sensors aid you when backing the large vehicle in the tightest of spaces and on higher specification models you will find a rear view camera."
A Robust and Superior Ride - On road or off road, Land Cruiser Prado’s advanced suspension system and frame structure assure outstanding performance that will exceed your expectations.
If you are a petrol head with deep pockets then this might just be the car for you.
