MYRA IS BACK! Well for everyone who has been wondering where Urban Radio's Breakfast Co-host is, she is back. Not back on the airwaves on 90.7 FM yet - maybe in another two months but she is back to creating her video blogs on parenting. 

In her first video of 2018, Myra shares a video of the last moments before going into the delivery room and of course a quick photo of the baby boy!

Babu Owino Released on Sh 20,000 Bond

NAIROBI, 22ND JANUARY 2018: Embakasi East legislator Paul Ongili alias Babu Owino has denied assaulting a security guard in Nairobi’s Westlands area. Babu who was charged alongside his bodyguard Fanuel Owino denied charges of assault, using abusive language and creating public disturbance.

The prosecution alleged that that they assaulted David Gichagu Wagana, a parking attendant at Fortis Towers on January 11.

Trump calls Africa "Shithole Countries"

US President Donald Trump allegedly referred to African countries and Haiti as "shithole countries" during a meeting on immigration legislation held at the White House on Thursday.

The meeting was between President Trump and four senators in what looked like an attempt to come up with a bipartisan position on immigration. 

Present at the meeting was Illinois Senator Richard J. Durbin (D), Lindey O. Graham (R) and the hard line Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton (R).

Doctors In Canada Reject Pay Rise Saying They Are Already Paid Enough

In Canada, more than 500 doctors and residents, as well as over 150 medical students, have signed a public letter protesting their own pay raises.

"We, Quebec doctors who believe in a strong public system, oppose the recent salary increases negotiated by our medical federations," the letter says.

The group say they are offended that they would receive raises when nurses and patients are struggling.
