In an interview with Pastor Robert Burale on Monday night on Robert Burale Live, Lilian Muli said that even though she had disagreements with her ex-husband Moses Kanene whom she got married to in 2009, she still loved her as the father of their child.
“He is the father of my son, I will always love him,” she told Pastor Burale.
This was however not the first time the screen siren showed the world that she still has her ex in a special place. During this year’s Fathers’ Day, she made a post on social media that sent tongues wagging for a couple of days.
“Happy Fathers day to the father of my child Moses Kanene. We have an amazing son and he loves you to bits,” read part of the post.
In the interview, Lilian also shared some of her most personal moments talking about the things that hurt her most in her journey. Among them were lies peddled about her that herlifestyle was supported by men and not her hard work.
“The most painful and humiliating thing I have ever heard or seen on social media is that Lillian lives a certain lifestyle because it has been given to her by a certain class of people. We work hard and have side hustles. I have worked hard for everything that belongs to me and my son. So when people spin this narrative, it does get to you but again at the end of the day, I know who I am,” she said as she tried to dodge a tear.
As a victim of cyber bullying, Lillian had some advice for people who might find themselves in that situation.
“If you made a mistake and people have called you out, apologize and move on. Judgment is for God. Be at peace with yourself and learn from that mistake. But if somebody is going out of their way to talk about your weight, marital status, ignore them. I delete and block such comments. You have a lot to achieve.”
